With the Teigen Scene located in the heart of the hotel, we offer a total capacity of up to 1,000 guests – perfect for everything from board meetings to large-scale conventions and product launches.

Our meeting rooms are equipped with technical equipment and Wi-Fi. To keep energy levels high, we offer our popular Quality Break concept featuring popcorn, ice cream, fruit, and coffee. This is included in our day packages or available for purchase with room rental. Our menus are based on fresh, seasonal, and local produce to ensure a premium dining experience.

We are located just one hour from Oslo, with easy access via train and bus directly to both Torp Sandefjord Airport and Oslo Airport Gardermoen.

Terms and conditions:

• Prices are based on the total package; changes in the number of participants will affect the price per person.
• The hotel reserves the right to move the event to a more suitable meeting room if the number of participants changes. Specific room requests for smaller groups may incur additional fees.
• For contracts signed more than one year in advance, the hotel reserves the right to adjust prices according to the consumer price index.
• In cases where the confirmation includes upgraded room categories (e.g., Superior rooms and Suites) at the same rate as Standard or Compact rooms, this is considered a complimentary upgrade. The hotel reserves the right to adjust room allocations if necessary. This means that upgraded rooms may be reassigned to Standard/Compact rooms, and Standard rooms may be reassigned to Compact rooms, should our capacity require it.
