Clarion Hotel® Aviapolis offers excellent conference facilities in a stylish setting. The 12 modern and flexible meeting rooms provide an ideal venue for exclusive board meetings, large conferences for up to 230 people and all kinds of other occasions! Prepare for a high level of comfort and service for efficient and professional events. After a busy day of work and networking, guests can rejuvenate body and mind in the hotel's wellness area featuring both a sauna and a fully equipped gym.

Free parking for meeting and event guests

We offer our conference guests free parking in the hotel courtyard and in the adjacent Kolmiopark parking garage (Turbinitie 13 01530 Vantaa). The benefit is valid for the entire conference day. The parking ticket for the outdoor area of the inner courtyard must be validated at the hotel reception, while when using the Kolmioparkki hall, your car's registration number must be reported to the hotel staff upon arrival.
Electric car charging points located in Kolmioparkki are available to customers for a separate fee.

Our 10-year promise: carbon removed meetings

Sometimes less is more. In honor of our anniversary, we want to give back to nature. From April until the end of the year, we are offering meetings whose carbon footprint is removed from the atmosphere and permanently stored in the soil through our partner Down To Earth. We don’t just offset emissions – we remove them for you. Also ask about our Paris 2030 meeting package for 15–40 people, where we aim to have the smallest possible carbon footprint. This package differs from our regular meeting product in that we focus specifically on minimizing food waste and selecting raw materials with a low carbon footprint.

Arriving to the hotel

Clarion Hotel Aviapolis is located right next to the Aviapolis train station. The train journey to the airport takes just 2 minutes, and Helsinki Central Station is approximately 30 minutes away.
For those arriving by car, there is an outdoor parking area next to the hotel, as well as the P-Kolmioparkki parking garage located across the street. Please note that parking is subject to a fee.
For our meeting guests, we offer complimentary parking in Finavia’s fenced outdoor parking areas in the hotel courtyard, as well as in the Kolmioparkki parking garage.
